ouraring5 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@ouraring5.it.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
